  • Seed Grants
The funds for Seed Grants are available for the 2007-08 academic year.
Seed Grants are small grants of up to $200.00 that may be used to purchase materials, such as software or hardware, to enhance or develop a classroom instructional project. These grants are not intended for administrative purposes. They are designed to meet a specific course-based educational need. All faculty are eligible to apply. You can only receive one Seed Grant per academic year. Those who are new to technology are especially encouraged. At the end of Spring 2008 semester, we ask that you make a brief presentation to discuss your project.
  • To apply for a Seed Grant, please fill out this online form.

  • External Funding Opportunities
To encourage faculty in their efforts to incorporate technology into teaching and learning, the CIT researches external funding opportunities. For more information, please contact Sarah Cheverton at x83393 or cheverse@jmu.edu.
