It is our goal to provide a technician to your classroom in less than 10 minutes. Don't cancel class, we can typically have the problem solved in 10 minutes or less.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Your Name and user ID
  • The Building and Room # where the problem is occurring
  • A description of the problem
  • Are you currently in class 
  • Would you like a technician immediately or after your class is finished
  • A phone number if necessary
