Elaine R. Kaye M.S.Ed.
I'm an Instructional Designer who specializes in pedagogy, social learning technologies, and new media. My experience as a student, faculty member and staff has allowed me to have a unique perspective on the role of educational technology in Higher Ed. I'm work with colleagues and faculty to develop innovative immersive programs and workshops to share and explore the implementation of these tools, best practices and pedagogies. My passion lies in the development and growth of people, and this is why I truly enjoy the work I do here at CIT. Other areas of my research and interest include social media, digital literacy skills, digital assignments, collaboration and online tools - but of course these are always evolving!
When I'm not working or teaching you can usually find me in my garden, playing with my two pups or enjoying Valley life with my husband.
